Gear selection was simple today D6 with 180-400 f/4E with built in 1.4TC and a d850 & 24-70 f/2.8 Camera selections were based around SnapBridge to be honest. Simplest way to get images to local team for immediate publishing I feel like that range should do what I need.
I had used Nikon D5300 when I started photography. Had a lot of focusing issues but I'm sure the Z series and D850 are really good. Currently using Sony though.
I was Canon for years, then swapped to nikon... Both good but nikon raw files handle post processing better (in terms of grain and dynamic range - between 5Dmk3 and D850... in my experience)
Taking random photos of random objects at home, just because it's fun to take pictures. For me it's important to remember why I started taking pictures and why I love it. That's easy to forget these days with social media
